Allspice ground

The fruits of the plant initially have a blue-green color, but after drying the berries acquire a brown tint, and their surface becomes rough.
The size of the berries is twice or three times larger than the fruits of black pepper.

The product is sold as a whole, and in the ground form.
It has a spicy aroma and a pungent taste, reminiscent of the combination of flavors of other spices – cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and nutmeg nut.
